Our beautifully handcrafted leather goods are durable and made to last. Each piece is unique to the last, as no two of our quality leather hides are the same.
We make sure to always handle our leather hides with care, however, on occasion there may be small scratches, blemishes, or even a cattle brand (we actually LOVE finding a brand, you'll see that in some of our pieces). These can be unavoidable and depend on the experiences of the animal during its life. Irregularities in the consistency of color should not be considered a defect by any means, they are regarded as characteristic of the material.

We keep some items in stock that can be shipped quickly.
All leather products are crafted by a single craftsmen and made in the order they are received. Since most things are custom made, they are made to order.
Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, please allow 1-2 weeks lead time during normal seasons, and 2-4 weeks lead time during busy/Holiday seasons, so that we may handcraft this beautiful item for you. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion. Once completed, your item(s) will be shipped via your selection at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
